Welcome to In Motion Fit!
We are a training program for runners and walkers. Many of our members have a goal of completing a marathon or half marathon. However, others just want to run or walk with a fun group of people every week.
Our coaches are devoted to getting you in the best shape of your life in a non-intimidating, fun, and safe environment. Members receive day-by-day training schedules, Saturday morning group runs/walks, access to trained coaches, informational seminars, discounts to local running stores, an In Motion Fit training T-shirt, and much more!

Announcements
In Motion Fit Plus
will meet on Saturday, July 5th, on Harbor Island, in the parking lot of the restroom about 1/4 mile east of Tom Ham's Lighthouse. Walkers will meet at 6:30 a.m. and runners at 7:00 a.m. In addition, the Carlsbad group will meet at the Garfield parking lot at 7:30 a.m.
AFC/In Motion Fit
will meet on Saturday, July 5th, on Harbor Island, in the parking lot of the restroom about 1/4 mile east of Tom Ham's Lighthouse at 7:00 a.m.
The 2008 season of In Motion Fit
will begin July 12th at Hospitality Point and at Poinsettia Park. This program will prepare walkers & runners for the 2009 Carlsbad Marathon & Half Marathon.
